How does your delivery work?
Your order will be carefully inspected and wrapped within 3-5 working days, then handed to one of our trusted couriers. Delivery time will depend on the service you selected when you placed your order.
Every parcel is carefully wrapped with Eco-conscious materials, finished in brown paper and/or tissue and string. We do it this way because we believe shopping with us should feel special from start to finish.

Are you Eco-Conscious?
Yes, we are very proud to be Eco-conscious. We offer each customer the chance to plant a tree each time they shop with us, for FREE. This is through our partnership with Tree-Nation.
So far, you have helped us plant hundreds of trees across multiple reforestation projects, offsetting carbon and restore habitats. So far, that is 62.87 tonnes C02 savings.
We also make sure to use recycled packaging and wherever possible, work with Eco-conscious suppliers.
Can I send an order as a gift?
You can have your order delivered to any address within the UK. By adding your chosen delivery address and adding a personal gift message in the notes when you complete your order, we can pick up the instruction easily.
Every order is wrapped beautifully in brown paper, tissue and string by Rosie or Mark, so whether you're treating yourself or sending to someone special, your parcel will arrive feeling like more like a gift than standard packing.
