In-Person Collection & Local Delivery for our Neighbours
A personal hand-delivery service, just for you
We absolutely adore the routes we get to travel from our home to our studio in Carlton on Trent. Winding our way through the most scenic lanes, passing the prettiest little villages and taking in the ever-changing beautiful views of our countryside.
It is this exact joy that made offering in-person delivery to our local neighbours, feel like the most natural thing to do.
Our local delivery area - where do we cover?
Our delivery routes follow the historic Great North Road corridor, through the Nottinghamshire countryside we know and love. It gives us the most glorious area to cover, and makes our delivery routes a genuine treat to drive.
The areas we cover are:
- Askham · Bathley · Carlton-on-Trent · Caunton · Cromwell · Darlton · East Drayton · East Markham · Egmanton · Grassthorpe · Kirton · Kneesall · Laxton · Moorhouse · Normanton on Trent · North Muskham · Norwell · Scarthingmoor · South Muskham · Sutton-on-Trent · Tuxford · Weston
Our route also includes any neighbouring hamlets, country lanes, and private estates within and between these areas.
Can you visit us or collect directly from us?
Now this really is very new to us, but yes you can.
Whilst we aren't your typical 'shop', we are set out as a working studio, which, being within a lovely Grade II listed building means it offers real charm. We think you just might enjoy spending time in our little slice of history as much as we do.
We have a good proportion of our lovely things on display, so we are more than happy to welcome you to come to have a little browse.
If you would like to visit us, we are always delighted to arrange a time for you to pop along.
You can contact us on: enquiries@littlecottageloves.co.uk
If you place your order online and would like to collect your parcel, it’s worth noting that whilst our order system won't automatically register an in-person collection, it is a simple thing to organise. All you would need to do is add a note in the comments box at the checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a suitable collection time. (We will also refund your delivery fee if applicable).
One small thing to note: If you do decide to visit us and have any accessibility support needs, please do let us know in advance and we will accommodate everything we can to make your visit a pleasant one.
Growing together with our community
It is also worth noting; because we are independent, we have the freedom to shape what we stock around what you actually need. So, if there's something you'd love to find here at Little Cottage loves, perhaps a particular home or garden item, a gift option, or something handy to pick up locally, please do let us know. We can't promise we can source everything, but we'll always do our best.
Thank you for reading
We are genuinely excited whenever we get to meet our local family. We started Little Cottage Loves with a very simple wish, to share the things we love with people who feel the same way about their homes and gardens. Knowing you are right here on our doorstep makes what we do even more special. To be a valued part of our local community, even in a small way, is such an honour to us.
We hope very much to see you soon, whether through our online boutique, a hand-delivered parcel, or a gentle knock at the Coach House door.
Warmly, Rosie & Mark xx
