Our Heritage Pace:
At Little Cottage Loves, we believe beautiful moments shouldn’t be rushed. Every item chosen by you is handpicked and personally prepared right here in our Coach House studio. We do not use automated fulfilment centres; instead, every parcel is hand-wrapped in our signature tissue and twine.

Preparation:
Please allow 3-5 working days for us to prepare your order. As a dedicated studio, this time allows us to ensure every item is quietly inspected and wrapped to our standards. Our studio remains closed on weekends, allowing us to return refreshed for the week ahead.

Our Shipping Philosophy:
The journey your order takes is important. We select shipping partners we trust to ensure your items arrive safely.

We have two options for your delivery experience:

Eco-Conscious Delivery (Standard / 2nd Class Mail) 
This option allows for thoughtful courier routing and consolidated transit, contributing to a reduction in carbon emissions.

Priority Shipping (Expedited / First Class)
This choice ensures your order is given top placement in our preparation queue and travels via direct courier networks for a swifter delivery.

• Eco-Conscious Delivery (2nd Class Mail):
  £4.95 (0 - 2kg) to £6.95 (2.1 to 5kg)
• Priority Delivery (1st Class Mail):
  £6.95 (0 - 2kg) to £8.95 (2.1 to 5kg)
• Large Parcel: £12.95 (5.1kg to 19.99kg) 
• Specialist Courier: £49.95

Our Eco-Packaging Pledge:
The second chance box

To reduce our impact, your order may arrive in a sturdy pre-loved box. We only use packaging that is strong enough to protect your selection, marked with a small identifier to share you have been part of our planet-friendly pledge.

Eco-Essentials – Wrapping Mediums:
We use recycled or recyclable materials for all parcels including brown paper, honeycomb wrap and tissue. This style of wrapping is a deliberate choice; it brings a subtle nod of nostalgia to your unwrapping experience. We hope you enjoy the opening of your parcel as much as we enjoy preparing it for you.

Our Shipping Partners:
We use trusted partners such as Royal Mail and DPD. For longer dimension parcels, we occasionally use Evri.

While we trust our partners to handle your parcels with the same care we do, please reach out to us at enquiries@littlecottageloves.co.uk if your delivery experience is anything less than expected.

A note before shipping:
As soon as your parcel has been prepared and is ready to leave our studio, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to your inbox. This will include a tracking link so you can follow your order's progress as it makes its way home to you.

Regional Shipping Exclusions:
Currently, we ship exclusively within Mainland United Kingdom. This means we are unable to process orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Highlands Islands at this time. While we hope to expand our studio’s reach in the future, we remain focused on our curated mainland and local service for now.
